For those who have completed a psychedelic experience with a clinic or practitioner and want time and space to be with what came up.
EXPLORE INTEGRATION RETREATS →A psychedelic experience can open something profound. A new perspective. A difficult truth. A sense of possibility. Questions you didn’t know you were carrying.
And then, often, you go home.
Back to work. Back to your phone. Back to the people who know the old version of you. Back to the pace and patterns of everyday life.
Pumzika creates space between the experience and the return.
No medicine. No ceremony. No attempt to recreate what happened.
Just time, silence, nature, thoughtful integration, and enough distance from ordinary life to listen to what remains.
At Pumzika, we don’t administer psychedelics. Our retreats begin after the medicine experience and are designed around a simple question:
What happens when you give what surfaced the time and space to settle?
There is room for guided reflection and conversation. But there is also room for nothing.
Long walks. Quiet mornings. Time alone. Time together. Fires at night. Movement. Rest. Wild landscapes. No pressure to arrive at an answer.
Because sometimes integration isn’t about doing more with an experience.
It’s about becoming quiet enough to hear what it was trying to tell you.
After an experience that can contain so much, the instinct can be to immediately explain it. To name it. Analyze it. Tell someone about it. Decide what it means.
We make room before all of that.
Periods of intentional silence create space to notice what remains when there is nothing demanding your attention.
Not to find an answer. To listen.
There is something different about processing an experience outside the walls where it happened.
Walk. Watch the horizon. Sit beneath a tree. Listen to a fire.
Let your nervous system remember a pace older than your calendar.
Whether in the wild landscapes of Tanzania or the quiet of Texas, nature isn’t the backdrop to the work.
It is part of the work.
The goal isn’t to preserve a psychedelic experience. It’s to return differently.
Our retreats create room to explore what surfaced, what matters now, and what — if anything — you want to carry forward.
Through reflection, conversation, contemplative practice, movement, time in nature and periods of silence, we help create the conditions for insight to become something lived.
Not a dramatic new life. Maybe simply a more honest one.
Every Pumzika Integration Retreat is intentionally spacious.
There may be guided integration sessions, meditation, journaling, movement, sound, time in nature and conversations around the fire.
There will also be unscheduled time.
Time to walk. Time to sleep. Time to stare at something beautiful. Time when nobody needs anything from you.
We don’t believe every hour needs an activity. Sometimes the most important part of integration happens in the spaces between them.
Pumzika partners with clinics, therapists, physicians, facilitators and other qualified practitioners supporting people through psychedelic experiences.
You remain responsible for the clinical care and medicine experience.
We provide a separate, medicine-free environment designed specifically for what comes afterward.
We handle the environment, hospitality and retreat experience so your clients have somewhere intentional to go when they’re ready to step away and integrate.
BECOME A PUMZIKA PARTNER →Pumzika Integration Retreats do not administer, provide or facilitate psychedelic substances.
We are not a replacement for medical care, psychotherapy or ongoing clinical support. Our work begins after the psychedelic experience.
We create environments for rest, reflection, contemplative practice, nature, community and integration — and work alongside qualified partners when additional clinical support is appropriate.
The medicine experience belongs with the people trained to provide it.
We take care of the pause that follows.
Beneath Kilimanjaro and across the landscapes of Northern Tanzania.
In the quiet corners of the Hill Country.
Different places. Different journeys. The same invitation:
Step away from the noise long enough to hear what remains.
Pumzika Integration Retreats are for people who have completed a psychedelic experience through an appropriate clinical or practitioner-supported setting and are looking for intentional space afterward.
You don’t need to have figured out what happened. You don’t need to arrive with a revelation. You don’t need to become someone new.
You just need somewhere to be with what is already there.

Silence is the gateway.
Nature is the medicine.
