Charlie is a meditation teacher, retreat leader, and filmmaker with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals through inner and outer journeys. His deep love for Tanzania shapes every Pumzika sabbatical, blending mindfulness, sound, and cultural connection.

Tanzanian mindfulness teacher and Pumzika co-founder with 10 years of facilitation experience. He has worked with USAID, Vodacom Tanzania, and numerous organisations across the country. His local expertise ensures that programs land authentically in the Tanzanian context.

Andrew is a multi-company founder who now supports founder wellbeing. After experiencing burnout and a marriage breakdown, he highlights the significance of self-care and adventure to discover deeper meaning and enjoyment in daily life.
